This patient, like so many new moms, found that breastfeeding left her breasts even more deflated than before pregnancy. She wanted to love her breasts again but she was worried she would need to have a breast lift surgery and she didn’t want the big scars that can leave. However, because her breasts were truly just deflated and not too saggy (notice her nipples don’t point downward in the “before” photos, but her breasts curve inward in their upper pole – this shows deflation, but not terrible sagging), so she was able to get away with just implants.
