This patient had a couple sessions of laser skin resurfacing, where we used both Fraxel Restore Dual and VBeam Perfecta to remove sun damage and improve skin texture.
The Fraxel dual has 2 wavelengths of laser that target brown pigment and provides fractional laser treatment of the skin for collagen stimulation and textural improvements.
Vbeam is the best laser for targeting red spots (cherry angiomas in this case) and was used only to spot-treat those areas.
Each patient’s sun damage removal process is unique, but this is a fairly common combination of treatments we use to get big results from fewer treatment sessions.
