This patient has darkening of her upper lip caused by melasma.
These results are after consistent at-home use of prescription strength Hydroquinone and Cyspera at home, as well as 5 sessions with a Q-Switched Laser Therapy, in addition to a sun protection that will help protect against future darkening or recurrence. We have also made a seasonal maintenance plan to switch her at-home skincare and treatments throughout the seasons to treat her melasma.
