How It Works

Getting started is simple. Your program follows a clear, structured process:

• Consultation and evaluation
• Lab work, if indicated, to inform your personalized plan
• A customized wellness plan created specifically for you
• Ongoing follow-up appointments and plan adjustments as needed

Weight Management Program

A structured, medically supervised program designed for patients looking for a more guided, accountable approach. This program is offered exclusively with Rachel Siegel, FNP-C, and provides a higher level of care than typical online weight management services, with consistent in-person follow-up, provider access, and one-on-one coaching.

What is included:

• Monthly provider visits and progress tracking
• Required lab work prior to starting (labs done within the past 6 months may be accepted)
• Personalized treatment planning with dosage determined by your provider
• First injection administered in-office with patient training provided
• Continued at-home weekly injections with medication shipped directly to you from National RX Pharmacy
• Refills are authorized at each monthly follow-up visit and processed the same day
• Medication arrives within 3 to 4 business days of each visit arrives within 3 to 4 business days of each visit

Membership Tiers

Tier is based on your monthly treatment needs as determined by your provider. A 3-month minimum commitment is required for all patients.

• Tier 1: $529/month (up to 20 mg per month)
• Tier 2: $629/month (up to 40 mg per month)
• Tier 3: $829/month (up to 60 mg per month)

Note: The monthly fee is charged at each required follow-up visit. Consistent attendance is essential to avoid delays in medication delivery.

At-Home Wellness Support

The following therapies are prescribed by your provider and sent directly to your home after your consultation. Monthly visits are required to continue these therapies.

• Sermorelin: $225/month*
  • Compounded prescription therapy is available only through a licensed compounding pharmacy and is prescribed following individual provider evaluation.
• Tesamorelin (Nasal Spray): $199/month*
  • This wellness therapy is discussed after provider evaluation and is prescribed based on individual clinical judgment.
• GHK-Cu Topical Copper Peptide: $225/month*
  • This topical compounded peptide product is used at home as directed by your provider as part of a personalized wellness regimen.

Note: All at-home therapies are selected based on provider evaluation and require a check-in approximately one week after your first supply is received.

In-Office Wellness Support

The following injectable therapies are administered in-office only as part of a provider-guided wellness plan. Each is available as a package of 4 injections per month.

• NAD+ Therapy: $295/month (4 weekly injections)*
  • This wellness infusion option is an in-office IV infusion offered as part of a provider-guided wellness plan. Individual results vary, and this therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 
• Glutathione: $275/month (4 weekly injections)*
  • This is offered in select programs as part of an overall wellness plan
• Vitamin B12: $30/injection
  • Vitamin support injection that can be done monthly/as needed basis as part of a program
• Lipo-B Injections: $129/month (4 weekly injections)
  • Lipotropic and vitamin support injection, often incorporated as part of wellness and weight management programs

Note: Each in-office injection package includes 4 injections and is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
