Dr. Justin Buro is a highly trained aesthetic plastic surgeon specializing in surgery of the face, breast, and body. He joins Reflections Medical with extensive experience from one of New York City’s top academic institutions, where he completed a competitive, six-year integrated plastic surgery residency and trained alongside many of the nation’s leading cosmetic and reconstructive surgeons.
Education And Experience
A Long Island native, Dr. Buro was accepted into the prestigious seven-year BA/MD program at The George Washington University—an accelerated track reserved for exceptional students committed to a career in medicine. During medical school, he spent a dedicated year in New York conducting advanced plastic surgery research, which led to multiple publications in leading peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national and regional conferences.
Dr. Buro has particular expertise in facial aesthetic surgery, including deep plane facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, and rhinoplasty. He also has a strong foundation in breast and body contouring procedures such as breast augmentation, mastopexy, liposuction, and abdominoplasty. His aesthetic sensibility was shaped by hands-on training with many of New York City’s most respected surgeons, helping refine both his technical skills and artistic approach.
Known for his calm demeanor, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication style, Dr. Buro collaborates closely with each patient to create customized surgical plans rooted in trust, education, and shared goals. His philosophy centers on achieving natural, harmonious results that enhance each patient’s features while preserving their individuality and confidence.

Outside of surgery, Dr. Buro enjoys exploring New York with his wife, traveling, cycling, and spending time with their golden retriever, Daisy.
