2 Treatments of Kybella Injections
This patient was bothered by one area of cellulite on one thigh. It was an area of rippling and dimpling caused by superficial fat that was bound up by fibrous septae and pushing upward against the skin. In cases like these, you could release the fibrous septae, or you can dissolve the fat cells, or you can do both.
When fibrous septae are causing more widespread problems, that’s the route we generally take, because the results tend to be more stable with weight fluctuations.
However, when the issue is a very distinct small problem spot, Kybella can be used to dissolve the fat cells.
She is shown after 2 sessions with 1 vial used at each session. Most patients will not be able to achieve this kind of result without more Kybella than 2 vials.
