Consultation Fees

Our consultations are complimentary for all non-surgical services when the consult is performed in-person at our offices or virtually over secure videochat.

We do charge a small fee for:

  • Consultations for certain surgical procedures (those provided by our plastic surgeon).
  • Non-procedural office visits where care is given, but no procedure is performed (this is not the same as a post-op or pre-op follow-up).

We will let you know in advance if this applies to the type of appointment you’re scheduling, and if so, what fee applies.

24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy

Because we have a long waiting list and booked schedule with our physicians, we have implemented an appointment cancellation policy with the goal of being able to offer any available time to those on our waiting lists. This policy allows us to avoid overbooking and allows us to maintain a high level of individual care, at a time when the healthcare industry struggles to do the same.

We require 24 hours’ notice (email, phone, or written) to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any no-showed appointments or appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75.00 fee. For this reason, we require a credit card to be kept on file to book an appointment. The credit card will not be charged for the consultation except for the in the case of a late cancellation/reschedule or no-show.

No Photography or Filming of Other Patients or Visitors

Reflections is a private medical office. We ask that all visitors and patients to our practice refrain from filming or photographing other visitors or patients, in accordance with the laws surrounding private medical spaces. We also ask that you respect the privacy of others, and not disclose whom you may have seen in our office, beyond our staff. We do work to limit patient-to-patient interaction for the privacy of our patients.
