Education And Experience
In 1998, Dr. Chasin started Reflections in Bridgewater, New Jersey, and in 2005, expanded to a second location in Livingston, New Jersey. Always on the cutting edge of technology, Dr. Chasin is an innovator in the field and performs a wide range of laser and aesthetic procedures. Dr. Chasin has extensive training in aesthetic medicine and has studied under some of the country’s most prominent physicians. He serves as a nationwide lecturer and teacher himself and is often seen on national and regional television and frequently quoted in magazines and journals.
Dr. Chasin received a BA in Biology and Psychology from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY in 1981 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He earned his Medical Degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. His internship and residency were served at Overlook Hospital, a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons located in Summit, New Jersey. Since the 1990s Dr. Chasin has devoted himself fully to the field of Laser, Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine.
Dr. Chasin has also served as a national training physician for Medicis, the makers of Restylane and Perlane dermal fillers, as well as for Allergan, makers of Botox® Cosmetic, and Solta, makers of Fraxel and Clear+Brilliant lasers. He has been featured in numerous media outlets and on top TV shows, including The Doctors, The Today Show, E!News, Fox and CBS Nightly News, Harper’s Bazaar, Essence, Women’s Health, and People Magazine.
