Fraxel Restore Dual is a great laser for aggressive remodeling without the downtime of a CO2 laser, and works best for patients with light to fair skin tones (although there are cases where it may work for skin of color, and there are also other options like Microneedling with Vampire Therapy that work better for stretch marks on skin of color).
