Lift sagging brows for a more youthful and refreshed appearance!

Non-Surgical Brow Lift Options

We do offer brow lift surgery, but most people will want to put off surgeries until they’re absolutely necessary, and there are quite a number of great non-surgical treatment options for the brow that you should be aware of (of course, we provide all of these, performed by physicians, in our New Jersey offices).

A sagging brow tends to make us looking tired, or even grumpy. But there are easy, effective, and affordable treatments that can lift the brows and give you a brighter, refreshed look. It is important to always see a physician for these injectable procedures, as the result is created by playing with the balance of muscles in the face, and too much in the wrong spot can lead to a “spocked brow” look or a dropped brow, both of which will take months to wear off.

Top Asked Questions About Sagging Brows

  • How do you fix droopy eyebrows?
Botox and Filler are typically the first treatments to fix droopy eyebrows. In patients who want a longer-lasting result, we add on skin tightening treatments or refer for plastic surgery.
  • How do you fix droopy eyebrows without surgery?
Botox is the most common non-surgical brow lifting treatment. It's the most effective, too, for the vast majority of people. However, some people have different anatomy which makes Botox less effective, and in that case, filler or skin tightening treatments can be used.
  • How long does a dropped brow last?
A "dropped brow" is typically due to either Botox that was injected or a medical condition. In the case of Bad Botox, typically 3-5 months. If you are experiencing this, our doctors may be able to help you reduce the severity and create a more natural result.

What Causes the Brows to Sag?

Brows Sag with Age

For all of us, aging causes brows to sag. For men, a heavier, lower brow is (at least at first) more masculine and attractive. For women, not so much. And given enough time, all of us will have brows that sag more than we’d like.

Our Favorite Treatments For the Brows

  • Sagging Brows
  • Botox Browlift or Filler Browlift

Depending upon your unique anatomy, you may have lost volume in the brow, or you may have heaviness in the brow that’s causing it to sag. For most people, either filler and/or Botox can create the lifted brow you desire. These are typically the most affordable treatment options, though they do require maintenance.

Skin Tightening with Radiofrequency or Ultrasound

Popular skin tightening treatments include Sofwave, Ulthera, Thermage, ThermiSmooth, Exilis Ultra, and ThermiTight.
However, when it comes to the brows, we find the best results come from only a very small selection of these technologies, and those are ThermiSmooth, Sofwave, and Ulthera.

    Brow Lift Surgery

Our board certified plastic surgeon offers brow lift surgeries under general or local anesthesia. The advantage to a surgery is that it can be a single procedure that removes the need for upkeep in the future, for select patients.

“I've seen tons of people where it looks really, I mean it's so overdone it looks like it may pop. So I didn't want to look like that at all, and Dr. Chasin is so good about that. What I love about him is he does not hesitate to tell you no.”

“The treatments you did really helped to lift my brows and the fact that you did it free for me made a bad situation so much better”

“About two weeks after her injections, she saw softened lines and wrinkles without the “Spock brows” of her previous treatments. “He hit a home run,” she says of Dr. Chasin’s Botox injections. “I’m so happy with it already, and it’s only been two weeks.” (please note: Botox takes 2 weeks to take full effect).”
