It was wonderful visiting you two weeks ago and being able to tell you that you gave me my appearance and my life back. You are not only a talented and caring doctor, but simply a wonderful person who is clearly dedicated to the welfare of others.

Please feel free to use any or all of the attached letter on your website as I wish I could let every single person who may be suffering as I was last year know that there is hope for facial scarring — all it takes is finding the right doctor. You!!

In addition, if you meet anyone in my situation who would like to talk to a patient who has been through laser treatment before undertaking it him- or herself, you may feel free to put such persons in touch with me via my e-mail or cell phone. I know I had to work very hard through Internet research to find people who had been through my type of injury to see how they coped and what interventions they used to get their lives back. My life is oddly better for having gone through an awful experience and that is in large part because you provided the solution that restored my appearance and hence my life.
